I describe all items as accurately as possible and I encourage potential purchasers to ask as many questions as they like before purchasing. However, I will give a refund if your purchase was wrongly described in the listing or if you decide within seven days of receipt that you do not want the item after all. Please note that returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions: · To arrange for return and refund you must first contact me within seven working days of receipt of the goods · The goods must be returned to me properly packaged and in the same condition they were in when they left me. · You will be responsible for the cost of return. · Upon receipt of the returned goods I will refund you what you paid for them, less the cost of the postage and packaging. The cost of the postage and packaging will only be refunded if the goods were wrongly described in the listing.
